As a NICU mom who's baby came home with several complications.
I needed to keep track of vitals and so much more at home. I created several of these  for other moms or nurses who may find them useful.
 
This product contains one pdf file, that lets you track your baby's weight, temperature, oxygen settings and saturation both morning/night and awake or sleeping. It also contains for tracking your baby's medication. You can choose to print this file in blue, pink or turquoise.
